VEGETABLE BEAN SOUP
Warm up yourself with a hot vegetable bean soup this winter morning. Its an easy recipe which can be taken as breakfast or in your day meal.
Ingredients:
- Onion, diced -1
- Garlic cloves - 2
- Sweet potato, cut - 1
- Vegetable broth – 4 cups
- Coriander chopped
- Tomatoes, diced – 2 cups
- Bay leaf - 1
- Red pepper flakes – ½ tsp
- Fresh green beans – 2 cups
- 2 carrots, peeled and cut
- All spices – a pinch
- Celery stalks, diced - 2
- Cannellini beans, drained – 2 Cups
- Kernel corn -1 cup
- Salt – according to taste
- Pepper – 1 tsp
Preparation Procedure:
Add all of the ingredients into a slow cooker and mix everything up. Let it cook on high for 8-10 minutes. Top it off with parsley if desired.
Serve Hot..!!
